General they make sure that all occupiers and their invitees behave in an acceptable manner for the well-being of others.

Only those who have registered with the building management team are allowed to live there.
3.
The building is meant for people over the age of eighteen, including occupiers and their invitees.
Obligations
1.
An occupier shall not use the building for any illegal or immoral act, nor for any use that may jeopardize the building's reputation.
2.
In relation to the use and occupation of the building, an occupier must comply with all applicable laws.
Maintenance
1.
An occupier must keep the unit/rooms in the same condition in which they were given them, including the unit and all of its fittings, furnishings, and equipment.
2.
Units/rooms must be kept clean at all times.
3.
Cigarette butts should be disposed of in an appropriate manner to avoid any fire hazards. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas or balconies; smoking is not permitted within units/rooms. Cigarette butts should not be thrown away from balconies or roof terraces.
Safety
1.
No combustible materials may be stored inside the units unless they are intended for domestic use, such as cooking oil.
2.
Unless approved by the building management, an occupier may not have any naked flames within the unit or common areas.
3.
Balconies are not permitted to have BBQs or shishas.
4.
No occupier may tamper with any of the building's fire safety or security devices.
5.
An occupier shall not do anything that is likely to pose a hazard or danger to any other occupier or person lawfully using the building.
6.
Occupants must not leave any cooking appliance unattended while it is in use.
7.
Occupants agree to abide by all applicable fire prevention laws.
8.
The building management or developer shall not be liable for any injuries, damage, or loss sustained by any person while using the common areas or units.
9.
There shall be no items left behind in fire escapes or common staircases.
Security
1.
All occupants agree to follow the building's security procedures.
2.
In accordance with security procedures, occupants must register all visitors who enter the building and produce a valid ID for the same.
3.
Unauthorized persons are not permitted to enter the building's service plants, electrical rooms, telephone rooms, or any other such back-of-house areas.
4.
The security or building management team should process all deliveries through the main reception area of the building.
5.
Any large deliveries, including furniture, must be made between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
6.
Any deliveries or move-ins/move-outs that require the service elevator should be scheduled in advance with the building management team.
7.
The registered occupier is responsible for ensuring that all of its invitees comply with all of the requirements of these rules.
Garbage
1.
An occupier must not allow garbage to accumulate within their unit or leave trash in the corridors or common areas.
2.
General garbage should be disposed of in the main garbage chutes, which are located on each floor. Before disposing of any general waste, it should be securely wrapped.
3.
Recyclables (paper, cardboard, plastic, metal, and glass) should be placed in separate bins on each floor. Food waste can be disposed of in the designated composting bins.
4.
No bulky waste should be disposed of in the garbage rooms or chutes. If occupants need to dispose of bulky items, they should contact the building management team.
Parking
1.
Occupants should only park in their designated spaces or in master community spaces outside the building. Parking is not permitted on vacant plots in the master community.
2.
Occupants' invitees must park in the master community parking lot outside the building.
3.
Parking is not permitted on the pavements surrounding the building.
4.
Unless authorized by the building management, no buggies, watercraft, or trailers may be parked in the car park.
5.
Vehicles must not be parked in such a way that they obstruct any entrance or exit.
6.
Any vehicle parked within the building is parked at the occupier's risk, and the building management is not liable for any theft, damage, or other misdemeanor caused to vehicles or the contents of a vehicle.
7.
Car washing services can only be performed by companies that have been approved by the building management team.
Enforcement
1.
To ensure a harmonious community, the building management encourages all tenants to behave respectfully. Penalties are imposed if a sufficient number of violation notices have been issued and proven to be ineffective. The building management can provide you with a list of penalties.
2.
Penalties that are not paid will be deducted from security deposits.
3.
The rules of the community may be updated from time to time.
